Bank Chambers Sleaford
2019-2021
Bank Chambers in Sleaford was the Natwest Bank and has been converted to an 8 bed Air BnB property. We were part of a team of various contractors working on behalf of Lambuma Properties who over 24months did the conversion. amongst the works we carried out was the full installation of the water and heating plumbing including the fitting of the radiators & bathrooms, other works carried out was assisting in the fit out and decoration.
PARMA'S Deli Shop
Sleaford Market Street

This little project set me up as a business, Vertex/Lamburna Properties changed the layout and exterior of this old shoe shop in Sleaford, i was bought in by the tennants to install the kitchen facilities, welfare facilities and hot and cold water system to turn this blank canvas into a deli shop. other works included a worktop counter unit and renovation of the stunning parquet flooring.

One of the first contracting jobs we worked on was doing plumbing and small maintenance works for little chef/burgerking here in the local area. The main works was to carry out repairs in the kitchens or welfare facilities provided for the general public.
